Bamboo Country Restaurant in Dakeng, Taichung is known for its specialty, bamboo rice. Using moso bamboo as steamed utensils so the rice can absorb the aroma of natural bamboos.
SINCERE also used bamboos to be the theme of the menu. The timeless loose-leaf notebook design allows the restaurant to replace the inner pages as often as needed.
